Kick On returns to winning ways in the Stockholms Stora Pris (Gr.3)

The Niels Petersen-trained Kick On landed the Group 3 Stockholms Stora Pris at Bro Park in Stockholm on Sunday 14 June.

The former John Gosden-trained Kick On (Charm Spirit) won the Group 3 Tattersalls Sovereign Stakes at Salisbury and the Listed bet365 Feilden Stakes last year, before being purchased privately by Elkär Stutteri and put in training with Niels Petersen in Norway.

Kick On flopped in his Scandinavian debut in May but it didn't stop him from defeating his rivals in the Group 3 Stockholms Stora Pris at Bro Park three weeks later. The gelding was ridden to victory by Scandinavian champion jockey Carlos Lopez.

The victory was worth €57,000.
